Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted when products are:

- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
A valid proof of purchase may be required.
Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance or final sale items

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Nutra Health Hut.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Products

- Photographs of the package
- Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product(s)

Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final.
This includes:

- Digital downloads
- Membership content
- Software
- Online courses
Once access has been granted, refunds cannot be issued.
